Premier League clubs have been put on alert after Valencia president Agustin Morera revealed the club will listen to "serious" offers players star David Villa and David Silva.
Spain Villa striker has been linked to a host of top clubs across Europe, including Chelsea, while midfielder Silva is a player in several parts of England were top-flight monitoring.
An exodus of top players Valencia has been projected that the club seek to resolve some financial difficulties caused by the large pay sack coach Ronald Koeman and problems with the construction of a new stadium.
"For us, they (Villa and Silva) are players, but it's not for me to say who plays and how," he told Spanish newspaper AS.
"If offers very serious in their future will be considered if (technical secretary Juan Gines) and Sanchez (head coach Unai) Emery think that is practical.
"If they not say that these players can not leave because they are important. We will do what is best for the club. "
He added: "Journalists have said that all our players were for sale. You realize that this is false. "
Valencia suffered a difficult year last season, finally ended the league to 10th place after being in a free fall under former boss Koeman who were at their left above the relegation zone under way in the last weeks of the campaign.
They did, however, managed to win the Copa del Rey, which means they will play in the UEFA Cup next season.
